 Serials: the journal for the international serials community

Serials is the international journal for the serials community, published three times a year by the UK Serials Group and is primarily online but with an additional print option for members and subscribers. It contains topical articles written by librarians, publishers, aggregators and other experts within the global serials industry, as well as conference reports, editorial comment and people in the news.
Serials and Serials-eNews are included as part of membership of UKSG. A Serials package (to include the fortnightly Serials-eNews) is also available on subscription to non-members for £72.00 + VAT (=£84.60) in 2006.

The backfile of Serials from 2000 is freely available online, apart from the latest three issues for which you must hold either a UKSG membership or a subscription to Serials to gain access.

If your institution is a member of the UKSG you do not need to subscribe. You need to register.
If your institution is a member of the UKSG and you have already registered You can access the journal.
If your institution is not a member of the UKSG you can obtain Serials in print and/or online either by joining the UKSG
or by taking out a subscription to the journal.

Announcing a new and exciting e-publication from the UK Serials Group
The UK Serials Group - under the auspices of their journal Serials - is pleased to announce the start of a new and exciting e-publishing venture. The Group has commissioned international industry experts to compile a brand new handbook on e-resource management, to follow on from the highly successful Serials Management Handbook.
Chapters will be published freely on the web site as they become available and the content will grow over the next few months to form a valuable and comprehensive handbook for the entire industry.
